Celebrating National Gardening Exercise Day in Our Baltimore Garden Center

National Gardening Exercise Day is June 6th. This is a day that recognizes the health benefits of gardening. Besides the fresh air and Vitamin D you get from working outdoors, you can also improve stretching, balance, and flexibility. Plus, gardening is even known to burn some calories. Even if you are new at gardening and are still working on that green thumb, this is a day to get out there and work on your own yard, add some garden baskets or planters to your porch or patio, or go help out in a community garden in Baltimore.
