March 20th Offers Proposal Day, First Day of Spring, and International Earth Day

March is a busy month full of events and holidays. There's St. Patrick's Day, Easter, and Plant a Flower Day. One of the busiest celebratory days of the month is March 20th. First, it's Proposal Day.
