Celebrating National Gardening Exercise Day in Our Baltimore Garden Center
National Gardening Exercise Day is June 6th. This is a day that recognizes the health benefits of gardening. Besides the fresh air and Vitamin D you get from working outdoors, you can also improve stretching, balance, and flexibility. Plus, gardening is even known to burn some calories.
