Memorial Day is Monday, May 31st. It's not just a three-day weekend that many see as the unofficial start to summer. It's really so much more because it is a day and weekend to honor all those service people who have fought for our freedom and spent their careers in service this country. Now that the country is beginning to open up again, there is an opportunity to bring back many of the Memorial Day festivities. This includes parades, graveside services, patriotic events, and more. You can choose to celebrate with a block party or back yard barbecue. There is also an opportunity to send a thoughtful gift to a loved one who has lost someone in battle or after a long career in the military. It’s Time To Celebrate 2021 Graduates!

Throughout Baltimore we are so happy to see that this year's graduates -- elementary school, middle school, high school, college, university, and trade school -- are having in-person graduation ceremonies. It's an important event because having a physical celebration makes it feel more real and helps the graduates see how many people are proud of them. You can't substitute the cheers and hugs for anything. Since most of their last year of each level was done at home, it's time to make the in-person celebration the best ever not to mention hosting graduation parties again and other in-person events.
